Our BCB-300 Basecoat binder is a 1K solvent-based binder, compatible with all solvent-based toner systems. This binder has no coloring, WATER WHITE, achieving optimal results in terms of color clarity, with great depth. Air dry, you can stick this binder in 15-20 minutes. Virtually no overspray. VOC Compliant – CALIFORNIA GRADE 1:1 Mix Ratio.
